A breast cancer training and educational exercise took place on Wednesday May 28th with women of North Eleuthera. The event took place at the Lower Bogue Methodist Church where 12 women gathered to learn more facts about breast cancer. During the session, three ladies attending recommitted themselves to being community contacts for their communities. They were Suzette Kemp (Lower Bogue), Michelle Bain- Johnson (Lower Bogue) and Theresa Thompson (Gregory Town). Each lady was pleased with the information they received and wished that more had attended the session.  They each pledged to get regular screening and to encourage others to do the same.
